Are you interested in improving your health and fitness? The Find your Fit employee health and fitness program will help you do both! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This program is free to George Fox employees and only $25 for spouses.\u00c2\u00a0As part of the program you will receive a health assessment, including body composition, BMI, blood pressure, pulmonary function test, electrocardiogram, blood lipid profile and fasting blood glucose, as well as fitness testing. These measurements will then be used to help an exercise science student create an individualized exercise prescription for you designed to reach your health and fitness goals.\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
