Sign up for fall risk screening with PT students"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Do you ever worry about falling? Have you fallen, or do you feel unsteady? Second-year physical therapy students are conducting research on fall risk screening and would love to help keep you safe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for adults aged 50 and older living independently in the community. Participation takes about an hour with physical assessments and a small amount of paperwork. You will receive guidance on exercises to help you achieve activity goals that are meaningful to you! Referrals to physical therapy and community-based exercise programs are an option as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sessions are scheduled from <strong>noon to 2 p.m. <\/strong>on <strong>Friday, May 10<\/strong>, and from <strong>10 a.m. to noon<\/strong> on <strong>Friday, May 24<\/strong>, in the Roberts Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please contact <strong>Austyn Byassee<\/strong> at&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"mailto:abyassee17@georgefox.edu\" target=\"_blank\">abyassee17@georgefox.edu<\/a>&nbsp;to sign up!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you ever worry about falling?
