Guadalupe Garcia McCall\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s<\/strong> (English) book, All the Stars Denied<\/em>, was named as one of the “2019 Best Children’s Books of the Year” in the Fourteen and Up Category by Bank Street College of Education<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paul Anderson<\/strong> (Christian studies) published a review of The History\nChannel\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Life of Jesus\u00e2\u20ac\u009d series on The Bible and Interpretation website\nearlier this month. His piece reviews the episode \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Jesus: His Life from the\nPerspectives of Judas and Pilate (Pt. 3).\u00e2\u20ac\u009d He also spoke in Albany for the Linn\nGenealogical Society on \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The Quaker Family Tree, and America as \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcThe Holy\nExperiment\u00e2\u20ac\u2122\u00e2\u20ac\u009d on April 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jamie Noling-Auth <\/strong>(Spiritual and Intercultural Life) was among 41 administrators in higher education nationwide selected by the Council of Independent Colleges (CIC) to participate in the 2019-20 Senior Leadership Academy. Those chosen for the year-long program are leaders in higher education who have been identified by their institutions as having the potential for more senior leadership positions in independent colleges or universities. Jamie will take part in a mentoring program, work with experts, participate in webinars, and engage in a series of readings and case studies during the academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
