This survey applies to individuals who consider themselves active, inactive, and every fitness level in between.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bsu.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_cZbbrTmfBAnvcbP\">This survey<\/a> takes roughly five to ten minutes to fill out and all responses are kept anonymous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questions?
