So, please submit your students&#8217; April time sheets to HR right away &#8211; by <strong>Monday, May 3, at 3 p.m.<\/strong>. HR apologizes for the short time frame. The time is needed for the extra processing for the last payroll of the school year, so meeting this deadline is crucial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If your student has school-year hours that are continuing through the first two days of May, please include these hours on his or her April time sheet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Please be sure the student&#8217;s name, ID number and cost center number is legible on each one. Also, don&#8217;t forget to sign them and be sure the students did as well. <strong>(Please make sure the student has signed their time sheet. If they don&#8217;t get it signed, a copy will be mailed for them to sign and return.) Please do not send students to HR to sign their time sheets.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Federal Work Study regulations require that students delivering their own time sheets must have them placed, by you, in a sealed envelope. If you happen to still have any paperwork to submit on a newly hired student who worked in April, please hand-deliver it right away &#8211; no later than <strong>Friday, April 30<\/strong>.
