On Thursday<\/strong>, Feb. 14,<\/strong> from 4 to 6 p.m.<\/strong>, Bon App\u00c3\u00a9tit would like to invite the faculty and staff\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s elementary school-aged children (K-5) to the kitchen for a workshop featuring activities in healthy eating and cooking.<\/p>\n

In this fun and interactive program, Bon Appetit chefs and educators will turn Canyon Commons into a hands-on cooking class for kids, demonstrating how fruits and vegetables can be transformed into a healthy meal. By learning about the connection between what they eat and their ability to do what they enjoy, children will go home with a newfound power to make better choices for their health.<\/p>\n

You are welcome to accompany your child during the program, or you can leave him\/her with us and use the time for your own productivity. If you choose to leave, we encourage you to join us for our \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Healthy Kids Picnic\u00e2\u20ac\u009d during the final 20 minutes of the program.<\/p>\n
