Not necessarily. Click\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1VjtVSp4to5Ch5I3oWkFhiimDNRpUfdjozT2c6gyc590\/edit\">this link<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0to see stories of undergraduate students who would have benefited from help buying course materials.<\/p>\n<p>For some students, purchasing textbooks can make the difference between a college education and dropping out of college. The\u00c2\u00a0Textbook\u00c2\u00a0Assistance\u00c2\u00a0Fund\u00c2\u00a0 has been created to provide\u00c2\u00a0assistance\u00c2\u00a0to undergraduate students who cannot purchase required textbooks or course materials due to financial hardship.<\/p>\n<p>We invite you to\u00c2\u00a0donate\u00c2\u00a0to the\u00c2\u00a0Textbook\u00c2\u00a0Assistance\u00c2\u00a0Fund.\u00c2\u00a0 One faculty member contributed a portion of royalties, turning income from book sales into funds that enable students to acquire textbooks.
