Any other time of the year you may only make changes for reasons such as adding or removing a dependent child, marriage, divorce, loss of other coverage, etc.\u00c2\u00a0<strong>Changes made during open enrollment will take effect April 1, 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Get More Information<br \/>\n<\/strong>The\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1Lwu45mpFpWvlIJ8VroN43B7YLY8IR5gD\/view\">Open Enrollment Guide<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0is available online<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You Need To Do<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Whether or not you make any changes to your benefit plans<\/em>,\u00c2\u00a0<strong>all benefit-eligible employees must complete the\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSen4NT0g5UbxFXoIFaUFwemdCbNTFmCmzfJdpRaHCLGAnWnew\/viewform\">Open Enrollment Election form<\/a><\/strong>.
