Students need to pay a $150 non-refundable housing application fee to participate in housing selection<\/a> for the 2018-19 academic year. The $150 returning student housing application fee is a one-time fee for each student. Once paid, students do not need to pay again for subsequent years in campus housing. The application fee is held and returned to each student upon graduation. (Please note that this is different than the enrollment deposit paid upon acceptance.)<\/p>\n

The housing application fee can be paid through CashNet or in person at Student Financial Services (SFS) on the first floor of Stevens Center through Friday, March 23.<\/p>\n

Before you pay you should be aware of the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Your student account must be paid in full. If on a payment plan, your February payment (or March payment if after March 1) must be received and any amount not covered by your payment plan must be paid.<\/li>\n
  2. The housing application fee is a one-time fee. Once you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve paid the application fee, you no longer need to pay it again for subsequent years in housing.<\/li>\n
  3. A payment received in any other way won\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t be processed as a housing application fee, but instead will overpay the account or be applied toward the next monthly payment. SFS routinely refunds over-payments, so if you get a refund check you are not expecting please stop by to confirm the status of your application fee.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
