Employees are welcome to a faculty teaching forum from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 19, in the Executive Dining Room on the Newberg campus.<\/p>\n

Presenter Gloria Doherty<\/strong> (Hybrid Learning\/Seminary) will lead a discussion about the successes and challenges of pedagogically strategizing course design that achieves meaningful learning outcomes; realistically measuring the student work load; and brainstorming assignments, projects, and assessments that inspire the learner to fully engage in the process.<\/p>\n

To reserve a lunch, e-mail Jere Witherspoon<\/strong> (Student Life) at jwithers@georgefox.edu<\/a> by 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 17. Everyone is welcome to attend the session, whether bringing a lunch or reserving a lunch.<\/p>\n

All faculty \u00e2\u20ac\u201d full-time, part time, and adjunct \u00e2\u20ac\u201d are invited to attend faculty teaching forums.
