Flaggers will be on hand to direct traffic, so expect major delays. Drivers are encouraged to use a different route, as the street will be one lane all day, starting at 7 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>The closure will occur east of the Bauman parking lot entrance at the top of the hill, past Thomas Lane and the West Wheeler\/Le Shana parking lot entrance. Cars will be able to enter the Le Shana lot from the east entrance off Fulton Street. It is unclear if there will be access to the Wheeler circle lot.
