If you still wish to consent, you may do so and your form will be immediately available, again, assuming you qualify. If you do not want this service, your tax form will be printed and mailed on or before Jan. 31.<\/p>\n<p>For 2017, George Fox University is again reporting &#8220;CHARGES&#8221; in Box 2, not payments, Box 1.
