You can view dates and times <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/forms\/lIQNPFhApTKHajVr1\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you used the FoxTALE grade book for any of your FoxTALE course sites, back up your 2017 Fall grade book to a spreadsheet that is saved outside of FoxTALE. See the instructions <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1_Y5bM3Rz0pR1GUONMcXN9NkQ_gcIex7YOfjp4iLyNFU\/edit\">here<\/a> for backing up grades. You will want to keep an archive of your course grades that cover the last five years.<\/p>\n<p>Use your new, empty 2018 Spring sites as the sites in which you will teach. You may import content from another course site. See the instructions <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1gKOHisjeQ7ViG6E4iB8-e8CYxFpQVexlU32gZ1pWmsk\/edit\">here<\/a> for importing.<\/p>\n<p>2018 Spring sites are currently hidden from student view. When you are ready, you can share the sites with your students. Here is a quick guide on how to make the courses available: <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/a\/georgefox.edu\/document\/d\/1VspcoL2EdaK6O-lcWZQaayu9M0g-FM_JC94xCyXM0rU\/edit\">FoxTALE Making Courses Visible to Students<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If your course site is set to Weekly format, your course might show incorrect start and end dates. To change the dates, go to Administration&gt; Edit settings on the course home page. Scroll down to the Course start date, and change it to the first day of your 2018 Spring course. Also, add the course end date.
