Staff and faculty: Now that the dust is settling from the spring semester, it is a great time to update your vehicle registrations!<\/p>\n

Need an updated permit?<\/strong>
\nIf you are still using an all-white staff permit, it has been void for two years. If you still have an orange adjunct permit, it expired at Christmas. If you have yet to initially register your vehicle, please do so at your earliest convenience on MyGFU. Be sure to have your DMV vehicle registration slip in front of you, as the database will ask for some information on it.<\/p>\n

Adjunct permits<\/strong>
\nWe switched all adjunct permits (orange) over to staff permits last Christmas, so if you’ve yet to switch, please bring your expired permit and any updated vehicle information to the security office. We will do the switch-over and hand you your new staff permit.<\/p>\n

Change in vehicle?<\/strong>
\nIf you are currently registered and have the new staff permit that was introduced two years ago, but have a change of vehicle, bring the vehicle information to the security office or email it to Nadine Kincaid<\/strong> at nkincaid@georgefox.edu<\/a> to update your information if you aren’t in Newberg.<\/p>\n

Need a second permit?<\/strong>
\nTired of switching your gratis permit from car to car? It’s only $5 cash to purchase a permit for your second car! Bring your money to the security office and we can issue you a new permit dedicated to your second vehicle.<\/p>\n

Have a new car?<\/strong>
\nDid you purchase a new car but don’t have the new plates yet? No problem! We can register it using the temporary permit on the back window and then update it later when you email your new plate numbers to Nadine.<\/p>\n

Portland Center info<\/strong>
\nIf you work at the Portland Center but make frequent visits to the Newberg campus, we need you to register your vehicle as well and to park in the staff lots.<\/p>\n

Please don’t wait until September to do these updates, as the line then stretches out the security office door!<\/p>\n
