You may import content from another course site. See the instructions <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1gKOHisjeQ7ViG6E4iB8-e8CYxFpQVexlU32gZ1pWmsk\/edit\">here<\/a> for importing.<\/p>\n<p>Your Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 sites are hidden to students. When you are ready to make a site available, go to Administration&gt; Course administration &gt; Edit settings on the course home page. Scroll down to the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Visible\u00e2\u20ac\u009d section and change \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Hide\u00e2\u20ac\u009d to \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Show\u00e2\u20ac\u009d from the drop-down menu. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Save changes\u00e2\u20ac\u009d at the bottom.<\/p>\n<p>Remember that all students enrolled in your class in MyGFU will automatically be enrolled in your FoxTALE course site. As students add and drop your course in MyGFU, they will be added or removed automatically from your FoxTALE site<\/p>\n<p>If your course site is set to Weekly format, your course might show incorrect dates. To change the dates, go to Administration&gt; Edit settings on the course home page. Scroll down to the course start date and change it to the first day of your 2016 fall course. Scroll to the bottom of the page and \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Save changes.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>Visit the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.georgefox.edu\/offices\/it\/teaching-learning\/foxtale-faculty\/index.html\">FoxTALE for Faculty<\/a> webpage for guides and resources.<\/p>\n<p>Metacourses may be used in special cases where you want to use one FoxTALE site for multiple sections of the same class.
