When returning unwanted packages back to the sender, whether it be through UPS or USPS, there are certain steps that need to happen before bringing them to Mail Services.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The packages CANNOT be opened; they have to stay sealed.<\/li>\n
  2. Do not write on any of the labels that are on the package.<\/li>\n
  3. If the package is being returned through UPS, write in red \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Refused.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/li>\n
  4. If the package is being returned through USPS, write in red \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Unclaimed.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
