We have become aware of a local scam involving job postings. Jobs are being posted for a local company using a local address, but the phone number isn’t local.<\/p>\n
If you see local job postings and they request via email for you to cash checks for them and then to send the money back to them, it is bogus and a scam<\/strong>, as the checks are fake.
