She will also give ideas on how to optimize your choices in &#8220;The Bon&#8221; for those on a meal plan. Free samples are provided each session, along with recipes.<\/p>\n<p>Sessions take place from <strong>6 to 7 p.m.<\/strong> in <strong>Hoover 105<\/strong>. Events are sponsored by the &#8220;Nutrition Matters&#8221; program.<\/p>\n<p>Scheduled sessions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Wednesday, Nov. 4<\/strong>: &#8220;Soul bowl&#8221; basics (brown rice, black beans, etc.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wednesday, Nov. 11<\/strong>: Super simple soup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Questions?
