This Saturday, May 9<\/strong>, the university’s doctor of physical therapy program is hosting a 5K neon night run\/walk fundraiser to support its medical service trip this June. All proceeds from the race will go toward supporting 12 PT students to deliver physical therapy to underserved children and adults in Uganda.<\/p>\n

The run will start at 8:30 p.m.<\/strong> (check-in at 7:30 p.m.) in the Villa Academic Complex parking lot. The $25 registration fee includes a neon T-shirt, glow sticks, body glow paint and use of the blacklight photobooth. Prizes for first place and best costume of the night will be awarded!<\/p>\n
