The Student Life Office is hiring student employees for the 2009-10 academic year.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities and duties include:
\n<\/strong>1.\u00c2\u00a0 Share office duties with other students: mail pick up and delivery, receptionist duties, switchboard coverage as needed, triage of students, photocopying, filing and other duties as assigned.
\n2.\u00c2\u00a0 Organize and monitor shared office supplies.
\n3.\u00c2\u00a0 Create bulletin boards and other types of creative communication endeavors.
\n4.\u00c2\u00a0 Data entry.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:
\n<\/strong>1.\u00c2\u00a0 Eligible for federal work study.
\n2.\u00c2\u00a0 Previous experience in an office environment.
\n3.\u00c2\u00a0 Interest in Student Life programs and willingness to serve students.
\n4.\u00c2\u00a0 Excelling communication skills.
\n5.\u00c2\u00a0 Integrity and maintenance of confidentiality.
\n6.\u00c2\u00a0 Ability to understand and follow instructions.
\n7.\u00c2\u00a0 Knowledge to operate a variety of office equipment and computer programs including:
\n\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 -\u00c2\u00a0 Microsoft Word
\n\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 -\u00c2\u00a0 Excel
\n\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 -\u00c2\u00a0 Access
\n\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 -\u00c2\u00a0 Website maintenance a plus
\n\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 -\u00c2\u00a0 Propensity to learn new software systems.
\n8.\u00c2\u00a0 Initiative, accuracy and the desire to pay attention to detail.
\n9.\u00c2\u00a0 Self motivated.
\n10. Team player.<\/p>\n
