Just a quick reminder that curbs painted yellow are considered as “fire lanes” around campus, and it’s illegal to park by them or to leave a car parked there.<\/p>\n

Cars parked outside of marked spots (a line on each<\/strong> side of the vehicle) will be ticketed as parking in a fire lane because emergency vehicles won’t have sufficient room to maneuver closer to a building in case of a fire or emergency.<\/p>\n

Please obey this State of Oregon traffic law and park only in marked spaces, especially in the Bauman, Wheeler and VAC lots where it has been problematic.<\/p>\n
