Here are a few things to help you start the year off well!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use your new, empty 2014 Fall sites as the sites in which you will teach. You may import content from another course site. See the instructions <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1gKOHisjeQ7ViG6E4iB8-e8CYxFpQVexlU32gZ1pWmsk\/edit\">here<\/a> <\/strong>for importing.<\/li>\n<li>2014 Fall sites are currently hidden from students. When you are ready, you can share the sites with your students. Here is a quick guide on how to make the courses available: <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/a\/georgefox.edu\/document\/d\/1VspcoL2EdaK6O-lcWZQaayu9M0g-FM_JC94xCyXM0rU\/edit\">FoxTALE Making Courses Visible to Students<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>If your course site is set to Weekly format, your course might show incorrect dates. To change the dates, go to Administration&gt; Edit settings on the course home page. Scroll down to the course start date and change it to the first day of your summer course. Scroll to the bottom of the page and \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Save changes.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/li>\n<li>If you used the FoxTALE grade book for any of your FoxTALE course sites, we recommend that you back up your 2014 Summer grade book to a spreadsheet that is saved outside of FoxTALE. See the instructions <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1_Y5bM3Rz0pR1GUONMcXN9NkQ_gcIex7YOfjp4iLyNFU\/edit\">here<\/a> <\/strong>for backing up grades.
