Please visit the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.georgefox.edu\/offices\/fin_affairs\/\">financial affairs website<\/a> for updated information about the change. Please see the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Chart of Accounts\u00e2\u20ac\u009d page to learn about the easy conversion tool that will convert your old coding to the new coding. The check request, expense reimbursement form, deposit transmittals, petty cash vouchers and petty cash logs have all been updated and can be found on the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Common Forms\u00e2\u20ac\u009d page under 2014-15 Forms.<\/p>\n<p>There have been no changes to the 2013-14 chart or reports.<\/p>\n<p>Our next training session is this <strong>Friday, Aug. 15<\/strong>, from <strong>2 to 4 p.m.<\/strong> in <strong>Stevens 109<\/strong>. Dates and locations for additional training sessions are posted on the financial affairs website under \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Scheduled Training.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions or are having any trouble with the new format, we will help you.
