For this month especially, we are asking for time sheets (support staff) and time-off reports (administrators) to be submitted as soon as possible so we can provide the necessary year-end vacation accrual reports to the finance office in a timely manner.<\/p>\n

Administrators, please resume using paper time-off reports. If you would like to download a copy to keep on your desktop, you can find it at this link<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We had hoped embedding the form in the body of an email would allow us to discontinue using the paper forms; but unfortunately, it did not work out well on the payroll end of the process. We will continue to explore other possibilities for automating this process to improve efficiencies and eliminate paper, but until further notice, we need to ask you to use the paper form.<\/p>\n
