Here\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s an update on how to use or find additional information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First, nothing will change for finishing up your June 30 (FY13\/14) transactions. Continue to use the same forms and run the same reports. These transactions are still using the current chart of accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Please follow any instructions you have already received from Human Resources regarding payroll forms and direct payroll questions to the HR team. The next payroll will be on July 31, with no mid-month process for check requests in July.<\/li>\n<li>There has been a page added to the finance webpage (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.georgefox.edu\/finance\">georgefox.edu\/finance<\/a>) for chart of accounts information.<\/li>\n<li>Coming soon will be:\n<ul>\n<li>Instructions explaining the new chart fields and how to use them.<\/li>\n<li>Instructions for using the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153commitment control\u00e2\u20ac\u009d inquiry feature to review your departments.<\/li>\n<li>Instructions for using the purchase order system for FY14\/15 purchases.<\/li>\n<li>Resource for translating your current coding into the new 14\/15 coding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>There will be a new section on the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Common Forms\u00e2\u20ac\u009d page for FY14\/15 Forms to be used for FY14\/15 business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Most of you will be busy finishing up your June 30 work during the first few days of July. We are making every effort to have all these materials available before you need them to begin creating purchase orders, check requests or deposits for the new fiscal year.
