Remember that medical and dental changes will be reflected in your premium deductions on the March 31 payroll, and all other benefit changes will show the first time on April 30.<\/p>\n<p>Also remember that flexible spending enrollments <strong>don&#8217;t automatically renew<\/strong>, so if you want to keep that benefit next year, please submit a new form. All forms and more info are available <a href=\"http:\/\/www.georgefox.edu\/offices\/hr\/EmployeeBenefits\/beneforms.html\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Questions?
