As your department makes plans to wrap things up for the year, please take a moment to put the following important dates on your calendar and include them in your year-end planning.<\/p>\n<p>We will be sending out regular reminders as we get closer to these important <strong>2014<\/strong> financial cut-off dates. Please make sure to submit all needed paperwork to the financial affairs office prior to these dates.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>May 31<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Last day to submit purchase orders for fiscal year 2014 (FY14) expenses<\/li>\n<li><strong>June 16<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Last day to request cash advances for FY14 expenses<\/li>\n<li><strong>July 11<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Last day to submit invoices, check requests, expense reimbursements, petty cash, error corrections, and interdepartmental charges for FY14<\/li>\n<li>Please make sure to turn in any outstanding deposits before leaving for the summer break.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have questions regarding any of these deadlines, please contact Bruce Owen at 503-554-2169.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks so much for your help!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The end of another academic year is once again just around the corner.
