There is still time to register for the Faith and Culture Writers Conference! The event begins Friday, March 7<\/strong>, at Newberg Friends Church<\/strong> (307 S. College St.) and continues on the Newberg campus Saturday, March 8<\/strong>. A number of well-known writers will be in attendance, including Sarah Bessey, Tony Kriz, Sarah Thebarge and Deidra Riggs, among others.<\/p>\n

Please note the new location for Friday’s check-in (5:45 p.m.) and large-group session (7 p.m.). We had to move to this off-campus venue because of space restrictions.<\/p>\n

The adult registration price is $85 through March 6 and increases to $95 March 7-8. Students can register for $30. Registration is available at faithandculturewriters.com<\/a>. More info is also available here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The event also offers the opportunity to meet with literary agents and editors. The conference is for those seeking inspiration in their writing, and in their lives.
