How do groups instinctively \u00e2\u20ac\u0153size you up\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and decide who influences them?<\/p>\n<p>These and other questions will be addressed at the College of Business\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Winter Speaker Series Event, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The Interplay of Bodies and Influence in Leadership: A New Economics of Power,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d featuring <strong>MaryKate Morse<\/strong> from our seminary. The presentation is scheduled from <strong>7:30 to 9 a.m. Friday, Jan. 24<\/strong>, at the <strong>Portland Center<\/strong>. The presentation is free, and complimentary coffee and tea will be provided.<\/p>\n<p>Morse has studied the relationship of our physical bodies to influence in leadership and is the author of the book <em>Making Room for Leadership: Power, Space and Influence<\/em>.
