You will want to keep an archive of your course grades that cover the last five years.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Upgrade planned<\/strong><br \/>\nA FoxTALE upgrade is planned for 8 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 25, to 8 a.m. Monday, Aug. 26. FoxTALE will not be available during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prepare for Fall 2013 and Spring 2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use your new, empty Fall 2013 and Spring 2013 sites as the sites in which you will teach. You may import content from another course site. See the instructions <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/a\/georgefox.edu\/document\/d\/1gKOHisjeQ7ViG6E4iB8-e8CYxFpQVexlU32gZ1pWmsk\/edit\">here<\/a> for importing.<\/li>\n<li>If your course site is set to <strong>Weekly<\/strong> format, your course might show incorrect dates. To change the dates, go to <strong>Settings<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Course administration<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Edit settings<\/strong> on the course home page. Scroll down to the <strong>Course start date<\/strong> and change it to the first day of your summer course. Scroll to the bottom of the page and <strong>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Save changes.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Your Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 sites are unavailable (hidden) to students. When you are ready to make a site available, go to <strong>Settings<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Course administration<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Edit settings<\/strong> on the course home page. Scroll down to the <strong>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Availability\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/strong> section and select <strong>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153This course is available to students\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/strong> from the drop-down menu. Scroll to the bottom of the page and <strong>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Save changes.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>If you have course content to move from old FoxTALE to new FoxTALE, please contact the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.georgefox.edu\/offices\/it\/contact-us.html\">Service Desk<\/a>. Please note that old FoxTALE will no longer be available after Aug. 31, 2013.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You can create assignments before the upgrade. Assignments in courses that go through the upgrade will be automatically converted to the new format. No further action is required.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Questions?
