FoxTALE will not be available during this time. <strong>You can create assignments before the upgrade. Assignments in courses that go through the upgrade will be automatically converted to the new format. No further action is required.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here are some of the highlights of the new version:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All <strong>icons<\/strong> will change. See the mapping from <a href=\"http:\/\/goo.gl\/WxzRw\">old to new icons<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Assignments<\/strong> will be enhanced and have a new look and feel. There is only one type of assignment with many customizable features. See the <a href=\"http:\/\/goo.gl\/nKbMA\">new assignment features<\/a>.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Existing assignments<\/strong> will be automatically converted to the new format. No action is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Drag and drop files<\/strong> from your computer onto your course home page. The files will be added as resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.georgefox.edu\/offices\/it\/teaching-learning\/schedule-of-events.html\">Sign up<\/a> for one of the FoxTALE webinars we are offering over the next two weeks, or one of the labs we are hosting Aug. 28 in Newberg and Aug. 29 at the Portland Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Old FoxTALE available until Aug. 31, 2013<\/strong><br \/>\nHere\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a reminder that old FoxTALE (<a href=\"https:\/\/foxtale19.georgefox.edu\/moodle\/login\/index.php\">foxtale19.georgefox.edu<\/a>) will be available until Aug. 31, 2013.
