Several faculty are already enrolled, but there is plenty of room for more! The PLC is designed to enhance teaching, increase student learning, and deepen reflective practice.<\/p>\n<p>The facilitator is <strong>Gary Sehorn<\/strong>, assistant professor of education. Sessions will be held in Newberg from 10:40 to 11:30 a.m. on the following Wednesdays: Jan. 30, Feb. 6, Feb. 20, March 6, March 20, April 10 and April 24. Each participant will receive an honorarium of $325 and a copy of the book <em>How Learning Works<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Applications are available at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.georgefox.edu\/offices\/academic_affairs\/faculty_development\/programs_and_events.html\">this Academic Affairs webpage<\/a> (&#8220;Faculty Development\/Programs and Events&#8221;).
