For all student employees, this includes an offer letter. For students who have not worked (for GFU) before, a W-4 and I-9 are also needed, and a direct deposit form is encouraged (but not required).<\/p>\n<p>Even though a student submits a time sheet, he or she cannot be set up in the payroll system and be paid without these documents.
