{"id":1414,"date":"2008-03-10T08:45:59","date_gmt":"2008-03-10T16:45:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.georgefox.edu\/ennounce\/2008\/03\/10\/benefit-election-forms-due-in-hr-office-by-march-14\/"},"modified":"2008-03-10T09:44:49","modified_gmt":"2008-03-10T17:44:49","slug":"benefit-election-forms-due-in-hr-office-by-march-14","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.georgefox.edu\/ennounce\/2008\/03\/10\/benefit-election-forms-due-in-hr-office-by-march-14\/","title":{"rendered":"Benefit election forms due in HR office by March 14"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A reminder to benefit-eligible employees: There are 332 yellow benefit election forms still out there. <strong>The deadline to turn them in is this Friday, March 14<\/strong>. <strong>Lisa Burton<\/strong> (Human Resources) needs a yellow form back from everyone, especially if you want to continue with the flex plan (please attach a completed flex enrollment for this year) or if you want to change anything about your other benefits (attach change forms as instructed).<\/p>\n<p>If you have medical or dental insurance with the Pioneer plan, you will receive a letter by mail to your home requesting verification of other insurance. Please return that information promptly (whether you have other insurance or not) either by mail or by phone so there will be no delay on your claims.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong>  The dental plan <strong>is not<\/strong> on a different cycle than the medical plans. Even though the university enrolled last July, <strong>now <\/strong>is the time to add or drop this plan, not July 2008.<\/p>\n<p>There are new forms and updated information on the HR benefits web pages:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.georgefox.edu\/offices\/hr\/EmployeeBenefits.index\/beneforms.html\">georgefox.edu\/offices\/hr\/EmployeeBenefits.index\/beneforms.html.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A reminder to benefit-eligible employees: There are 332 yellow benefit election forms still out there.
