You need to bring both of these:<\/strong>
\nOriginal Birth Certificate \u00e2\u20ac\u201c not a copy
\nGovernment Issued Photo ID (Ex. Driver\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s License; Oregon ID –GFU Photo ID will not work<\/strong><\/em>)<\/p>\n

Payment: Checks only (No cash or credit cards)
\nTwo checks will need to be written – one to USPS; one to State Department<\/p>\n
