Spears Center for Servant-Leadership of Indianapolis and a servant-leadership scholar at Gonzaga University, will speak on the theme of the spirit of servant leadership \u00e2\u20ac\u201c a practice adopted by some of the world\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s top corporations over the past five decades.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, in recent years, more than a dozen Fortune 500 \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Best Companies to Work For\u00e2\u20ac\u009d have actively practiced servant leadership, including Starbucks, Southwest Air, Men\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Wearhouse and Synovus Financial.
