If you become aware of a student who needs additional assistance in one or more of these areas, please let the SSN know by submitting the form available on the Office of Student Life website:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.georgefox.edu\/offices\/student_life\/SSN.shtml\">http:\/\/www.georgefox.edu\/offices\/student_life\/SSN.shtml<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Please note: Referral to the SSN or use of the intervention alert form is not intended to replace direct referral to a university service or office.
