The exemption form and chapel credit policy be found at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spirituallife.georgefox.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\">spirituallife.georgefox.<wbr>edu<\/wbr><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The form is due <strong>by Sept. 23<\/strong>.
