Everyone is welcome, so come join us for some community, conversation and information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Upcoming events in October:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rooted Minds<\/strong>\u00a0is an affinity group for students who have ADHD or who want to learn more about it. Here you can find a community and learn more about ADHD and how it impacts our lives.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Friday, Oct. 23<\/strong>,\u00a0in Hoover 102 at <strong>6 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mid-Week Movement<\/strong> is a space to get outside, build community, and connect. Join us to chat about disability and enjoy each other&#8217;s company.\n<ul>\n<li>Every <strong>Wednesday<\/strong> at <strong>4 p.m.<\/strong> we&#8217;ll meet in the DAS office on the main floor of the Murdock Library<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rooted and Regulated<\/strong> is a group where students can come learn ways to manage stress and anxiety, and learn tools to cope with feelings of panic.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Friday<\/strong>, <strong>Oct. 30<\/strong>, in Hoover 102 at <strong>6 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Contact Norah Trigg at <a href=\"mailto:ntrigg23@georgefox.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ntrigg23@georgefox.edu<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Disability and Accessibility Services (DAS) has lots of fun events coming up this month!
