{"id":11013,"date":"2011-08-22T08:09:18","date_gmt":"2011-08-22T16:09:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.georgefox.edu\/ennounce\/?p=11013"},"modified":"2011-08-22T08:09:18","modified_gmt":"2011-08-22T16:09:18","slug":"financial-affairs-announces-accounts-payable-form-changes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.georgefox.edu\/ennounce\/2011\/08\/22\/financial-affairs-announces-accounts-payable-form-changes\/","title":{"rendered":"Financial affairs announces accounts payable form changes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Office of Financial Affairs has updated the following forms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Check Request Form<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c This form has been changed to make it easier for you to communicate to us which fund-cost center-account combination is to be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rush Check Request Justification<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c This form has been eliminated and replaced with the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153RUSH Check Request\u00e2\u20ac\u009d form. This new form combines the check request and rush justification forms into one form so that it will no longer be required to submit both forms for a rush check. Please be aware that the policies for issuing rush checks have not changed.
