She will be teaching Mondays and Thursdays from 6 to 7 p.m. during the fall semester.<\/p>\n<p>This 50-minute class will be an excellent example of what to expect during her weekly classes. They are open to all experience and fitness levels, with modifications provided to individualize your workout.
