All responses are anonymous, and participation is completely voluntary.<\/p>\n<p>If you are 18 or older and interested in participating, please access the survey <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdiXUYymcsKqQMurIUPk9LKH9N56Qjpb-65sEPdXHyiwccCeA\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>.
