You can help them transition from passive reviewing to active mastery by sharing research-backed strategies. If you notice students struggling to connect with the material or expressing exam anxiety, consider pointing them toward the &#8220;Test Prep Like a Champ&#8221; framework.<\/p>\n<p>Key concepts you can share with your students:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Explain to Retain: Encourage students to move beyond rereading. If they can\u2019t explain a concept to a peer, they haven&#8217;t mastered it yet.<\/li>\n<li>Retrieval over Review: Suggest they swap highlighting for self-testing.
