Week 12 brings intense pressure, and increased stress and anxiety are normal.<\/p>\n<p>If you notice a traditional undergraduate student isolating themselves, showing signs of extreme stress, or struggling to manage the final academic push \u2013 or if you need support for yourself \u2013 use Fox360 to connect them (or yourself) with immediate help.<\/p>\n<p>Submit a confidential alert or self-referral online <a href=\"http:\/\/Fox360.georgefox.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Remember:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Concerns for traditional undergraduate students are handled by the Student Support Network.<\/li>\n<li>Concerns about graduate and AOD students should be directed to department chairs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Questions?
