As we reach the end of February, it\u2019s important to make sure you know of any scholarship application deadlines approaching! Prime scholarship season typically ends in spring, with many due dates falling between March 1<\/strong> and April 1<\/strong>. The financial aid office wants to remind you of two major deadlines coming up in <\/span>three days<\/span><\/i>:<\/span><\/p>\n

OSAC (for Oregon residents)<\/b><\/p>\n

Each year, Oregon Student Aid offers more than 600 scholarships to Oregon residents totaling more than $10 million in awards. The <\/span>OSAC application<\/a><\/strong> final deadline is <\/span>Monday, March 2<\/b>, at 11:59 p.m.<\/strong> PT.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve applied already, or if you apply by the <\/span>March 2<\/b> deadline, you can be entered into a George Fox drawing for a $500 scholarship for the 2026-27 academic year!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To enter our drawing, visit the Office of Financial Aid webpage<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, then select Resources > Forms > Submit Financial Aid Documents, and upload your scholarship confirmation email from OSAC<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

George Fox Donor-Funded Scholarships<\/b><\/p>\n

The George Fox <\/span>Donor-Funded Scholarship application<\/a><\/strong> is also due by <\/span>Monday, March 2<\/b>, at 11:59 p.m.<\/strong> PT. There are more than 200 scholarships available, with awards ranging from $500 to $25,000! All traditional undergraduate students are encouraged to apply.<\/span><\/p>\n

Contact the financial aid office<\/a><\/strong> with any questions, or come visit us on the first floor of the Stevens Center between 9 a.m.<\/strong> and 4 p.m.<\/strong> to meet with a counselor in person.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
