Why is it so much easier to work when someone else is in the room? It\u2019s called “body doubling” and is a powerful tool for executive function.<\/p>\n

By pairing up one-on-one, your partner acts as a “focus anchor,” helping your brain stay grounded on the task at hand. If you struggle to start or finish projects, come to the ARC and pair up with one of our consultants for a dedicated one-on-one work session. It\u2019s not tutoring; it\u2019s a shared commitment to getting the work done.<\/p>\n

To schedule an appointment, click on the TracCloud icon on your Canvas Dashboard. When asked what type of appointment you want, choose “Academic Coaching.”<\/p>\n
