Our world is longing for Shalom \u2013 the peace, justice and flourishing God has intended for all creation. Fear, racial and ethnic division, violence and injustice are prevalent in our world and are part of the lived experience of many members of our community.<\/p>\n

The Shalom Summit, to be hosted on the Newberg campus on Saturday, <\/strong>Nov. 15,<\/strong> will center on the theme of finding hope amidst injustice. It is a free conference for our whole community and will include worship, prayer, workshops and plenary sessions facilitated by a diverse group of pastors, leaders and artists.<\/p>\n
