By learning about the connection between what they eat and their ability to do what they enjoy, children will go home with a newfound power to make better choices for their health.<\/p>\n<p>This workshop, taking place on <strong>Tuesday, Nov. 18, from 4 to 6 p.m.<\/strong>, is free, but space is limited.
