All experience levels are welcome. Boost your skills by signing up on IMLeagues <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imleagues.com\/spa\/reservation\/2f64bd21e4124c259ecd4ded9633fe64\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a> for one of our special workshops:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7:30 p.m. Intro to Squats<\/li>\n<li>8 p.m. Intro to Bench Press<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These sessions will be taught by our very own certified student personal trainer.
