{"id":104903,"date":"2025-10-05T15:26:00","date_gmt":"2025-10-05T23:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.georgefox.edu\/ennounce\/?p=104903"},"modified":"2025-10-01T08:27:30","modified_gmt":"2025-10-01T16:27:30","slug":"submit-fox360-alerts-for-traditional-undergraduates-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.georgefox.edu\/ennounce\/2025\/10\/05\/submit-fox360-alerts-for-traditional-undergraduates-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Submit Fox360 alerts for traditional undergraduates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This time of the semester can be difficult for students as the excitement of a new term is waning, exams and assignments pile up, and the demands of college take a toll on physical and mental health.<\/p>\n<p>If you have concerns about a traditional undergraduate student, log into Fox360 (<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/fox360.georgefox.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox360.georgefox.edu<\/a><\/strong>) to submit an \u201calert\u201d for the student. Submit alerts for concerns in the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Academic<\/strong>: Missing multiple classes; consistently poor academic performance<\/li>\n<li><strong>Behavioral<\/strong>: Concerning or disruptive behaviors in or outside of class, frequent absence from scheduled work shifts<\/li>\n<li><strong>Emotional<\/strong>: Mental health concerns (e.g., depression, anxiety); unusual emotional expression; suicidal ideation<\/li>\n<li><strong>Physical<\/strong>: Medical concerns; extreme changes in grooming, personal care<\/li>\n<li><strong>Social<\/strong>: Personal, social, or family concerns that are affecting well-being and performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A few notes about alerts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If a student is enrolled in your course but hasn\u2019t attended class or engaged in GFD online activity, submit an alert.<\/li>\n<li>Student employee supervisors and other non-faculty are invited to submit alerts for the reasons above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Student Support Network will assign a \u201ccase manager\u201d to follow up with students. Case managers will do our best to give updates to faculty and employees who submit alerts or provide feedback.
